SANITEL-MED

Please note: due to maintenance work, SANITEL-MED will be unavailable on Wednesdays between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. 
No registrations nor adjustments can be made during that period.  
It is important that you plan and perform those tasks as much as possible in the days preceding said period.


All prescribed, supplied and administered veterinary antibiotics are tracked in SANITEL-MED. The legislation that makes registration mandatory will enter into force on 27 February 2017. Registration is currently mandatory for poultry (laying hens and broilers), pigs, cattle and veal calves. For the changes from 1 January 2026 onward, please consult Regulations the use of antibiotics in animals.

You can send your data electronically with an XML file (see manual below).

To log in, veterinarians as well as farmers use their SANITEL login or the login of Veeportaal.
