The clinical trials dashboard is an interactive tool and is updated on a quarterly basis. It brings together all initial applications for clinical trials for which a decision has been taken since the entry into force of the Clinical Trials Regulation (CTR) and is based on data retrieved from the Clinical Trial Information System (CTIS).
The dashboard provides a clear overview of the evolution of clinical research in Belgium, including insights into the different phases of clinical trials, the therapeutic areas in which research is conducted, and the timelines from submission to decision.
Thanks to this central and reliable source of information, both stakeholders and the general public gain a clear view of Belgium’s achievements in clinical research and of the efforts made to strengthen transparency, efficiency, and scientific progress.
