Modification of the veterinary prescriptions and the administration and supply document

On 28 January 2022, the European Regulation on medicinal products for veterinary use has entered into force. Among other things, this implies that veterinarians have the obligation to use a new model format for veterinary prescriptions. These changes will take place in several phases.

As of 28 January 2022, Regulation 2019/6 became effective. From that moment onwards, European Member States must comply with all rules from this regulation.

Présentation de la Fondation Non à la contrefaçon et à la piraterie : participation de l’AFMPS

La Fondation Non à la contrefaçon et à la piraterie est présentée à la presse ce 16 juin. A travers cette Fondation, l’Administration générale des douanes et accises et la Chambre de commerce internationale (ICC Belgique) veulent sensibiliser le public aux risques et dommages de la contrefaçon. L’année 2011, première année de fonctionnement de cette Fondation, est notamment consacrée au thème des médicaments contrefaits. Dans ce cadre, l’AFMPS tient à soutenir ses actions et à lui apporter ses compétences et sa collaboration.
