  • To process the external complaints
  • To carry out the internal audits
  • To coordinate the external audits
  • To provide the secretariat of the Audit Committee
  • To maintain the policy on the handling of competing interests & to evaluate the declarations of interests and confidentiality undertaking of the staff and other people involved in FAMHP’s activities
  • To organize and to coordinate the continual improvement exercises like assessment exercise of the operations and external satisfaction survey
  • To provide the follow-up of the actions & to propose recommendations in the frame of continual improvement of the operations and in the quality assurance (CAPA)
  • To carry out the internal control (risk management)
  • To take part in the coordination of the public health inter-federal files (crisis)
  • To manage the suggestions of improvement supplied by the staff
  • To manage the quality management system including the quality documents and the standards
